Adjunct Assistant Professor Tan Swee Yaw is a Senior Consultant with the Department of Cardiology and the Director of Cardiovascular Rehabilitation and Preventive Cardiology at the National Heart Centre Singapore. His sub-specialty interests are in cardiac rehabilitation, preventive cardiology and cardiac imaging. Adj Asst Prof Tan graduated with his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Edinburgh, UK in 1998. He obtained his membership of the Royal College of Physicians, UK in 2001. Dr Tan completed his fellowship in Cardiac CT and Rehabilitation at the Stanford University and Northern California, US in 2005 and has been a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine Singapore since 2005. Adj Asst Prof Tan is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Duke-NUS graduate Medical School and Clinical Tutor at the National University of Singapore, Yong Loo Lin Medical School.
