Language

English is the official language of the Conference. There will be no simultaneous interpretation.

Badge Identification

Each participant will receive a name badge upon registration. All participants are requested to wear their name badges throughout the Conference and social programmes. Only badge holders will be admitted to the Conference venue and social programmes.

Professional Accreditation

Should Hong Kong delegates wish to obtain accreditation points, please signify your attendance at the service desk located at the Registration Area.

Certificate of Attendance

E-certificate of attendance will be sent to those attended the Conference by email within one week after the Conference.

Internet Service

Free WIFI is available at the Conference venue. To ensure reasonable performance and fair use by all users, there is a 4-hour usage limit of the free Wi-Fi service upon registration for each user. User account will be automatically logged out after a 4-hour idle period.

Liability

The organizer will not be liable for personal accidents, or any loss or damage of private property during the Conference. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
