Virtual Conference Login Instruction

Registrants will receive a personalized login instruction by email on 25 November 2020 to access the Virtual Conference Platform.  You are suggested to login to the platform 30 minutes prior to the Conference start time to ensure your system is working.  Please feel free to contact the Secretariat by email at reg@apccrc.com if you cannot locate that email.

To verify the attendance for accreditation and certificate of attendance, check-in and check-out by submitting the online forms at the designated times respectively are required.

The QR code and hyperlink of the online form will appear on the live video content and the Accreditation box at designated times.  Please have an EXTRA device (eg mobile phones or tablets) ready to scan the QR code or click the hyperlink in the question box to submit the online forms.  The designated times for online form submission are shown below:

  • Attendance of full day conference will be confirmed only if you have submitted all THREE check-in and check-out online forms of the morning and afternoon session during the designated times and fulfilled the accreditation requirement of respective colleges which listed at http://www.apccrc.com/apccrc2020/academic-accreditation.html. 
  • Attendance will not be confirmed if you only submit either one form.  No half-day points will be counted.
  • Accreditation will be granted to APCCRC 2020 registered delegates only.
  • Any submission received beyond the designated time may not be accepted.
  • The final accreditations will be at the discretion of individual college / association.

Certificate of Attendance

An Evaluation Survey will be sent to the attendees to collect their valuable feedbacks within 5 days after the Conference. E-Certificate of Attendance will be emailed to those who filled out the Evaluation after the Conference.

Online Public Lecture

The Public Lecture will be held on 29 November 2020 from 09:30 to 11:30. Free Registration! Please feel free to join the Lecture via the Platform after login.

Virtual Exhibition

Virtual Exhibition will be opened from 28 November to 6 December 2020.  Please visit the Virtual Exhibition Booths to explore the new product innovations and the latest technologies from our industry partners as well as collect 7 stamps during 28 November to 6 December 2020 to enter into the Lucky Draw! 

Lucky Draw Instructions

  • Visit each booth for at least 2 minutes during the above-mentioned period to get the “Viewed” stamp.
  • After collecting all 7 stamps, you will be automatically entered the lucky draw.
  • The result of the lucky draw will be announced on the Conference website by mid of December 2020.
  • The decision made by the organizer shall be final and conclusive.

On-demand Video

On-demand video (VOD) recordings of the scientific sessions will be available at the Conference Website: www.apccrc.com after the Conference.  Please note that accreditation points and certificate of attendance will not be given or provided to participants who have accessed the recordings for self-study after the Conference. The Secretariat will notify you by email once the VOD are available.
